Auto Enrolment Registration Now Open – What Employers Must Do

From 1 December 2025, registration for Ireland’s new MyFutureFund auto enrolment pension scheme is live. Contributions start on 1 January 2026, so employers need to act now to ensure compliance.

What Employers Need to Do

Register on the MyFutureFund Portal

  • Log in using your ROS credentials.
  • Complete your company profile: name, PPSN, employer Tax reference, payroll frequency, and bank details for direct debit.

  • Choose direct debit or manual payment through the portal.

Prepare Payroll Systems

  • Ensure your payroll software can process Automatic Enrolment Payroll Notifications (AEPNs) from January. Test integration now to avoid errors.
